Johannesburg Botanical Gardens Winter Engagement Shoot
I met this beautiful couple a few years ago when SJ and his twin brother graduated and their mom organised a family shoot.
Now three-ish years later they got engaged and booked me to shoot their wedding next year in the stunning Drakenberge (!)
We organised their engagement shoot for a Saturday afternoon that I was visiting my family in Johannesburg and always having frequented the Emmerentia dam with my mother as a little girl being there brought back fond memories of feeding ducks and picnicking on the grass after school.
Saskia is such a beautiful soul — her joy is contagious, and her devotion to the Lord inspiring! These two were so much fun to shoot, as I hope you’ll see in the images below.
